TERMS & CONDITIONS

Treatments & Bookings

  • If there are any blemishes, pimples, active cold sores, irritation of the skin or other skin imperfections in or around the eyebrow area, we will NOT be able to perform the procedure until the blemish or area of concern is gone. See all contraindications here.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit for all procedures is required at time of booking. This amount will be deducted from the total price of your procedure payable on the day of your appointment.

  • Some skin types such as oily skin may require an additional touch-up which must take place 4-8 weeks after the included touch-up appointment, or 4-8 weeks after your refresh, at a price of $100. Any later than this is priced as a refresh.

Refund Policy

  • Bespoke Brows does not refund any service. No refunds are offered for change of mind after the deposit has been paid. Once the deposit has been paid you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds are offered for change of mind where a service is deemed to have begun or has been completed.

  • Please be sure to read through the entire FAQ section of this website so that you are well informed of the procedure and what to expect prior to booking your appointment. If on arrival to your appointment it is determined that you cannot receive the procedure due to any contraindications or not following preparation instructions, you will forfeit your deposit.

Cancellation Policy​

  • A minimum of 48 hrs is required for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling/No-show Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hrs notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Less than 24hrs notice will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

  • A no-show for your appointment will forfeit the deposit. If you decide to book again another $100 deposit will be required.

Guest/Child Safety Policy

  • Due to the nature of this business, we kindly ask that children are not brought to your appointment. Our studio contains safety hazards such as sharp implements and chemicals, and we do not have the facilities to accommodate children. We appreciate that alternative child-minding arrangements are made.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, guests are not permitted inside the treatment room. As the procedure can sometimes take over two hours and requires careful attention, we suggest that guests find something to do while you have your procedure. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is less than 10 minutes drive from the studio.

Payment 

  • We accept payment by debit card, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) and cash.

Mail List Subscribers

  • All subscribers to our mail list will receive 10% off one service service only, which must be redeemed by booking online and entering the code they receive by email. The code can only be used once per person and the discount is not redeemable for cash or to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Cosmetic tattoo specials are for a limited time only and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Loyalty Cards

  • Get $10 off every sixth visit for any treatment! Loyalty cards available from the studio.
